Just remember, that although you may be covered for fraud, you are not
covered by the Fair Credit Billing Act. This means, you have far fewer
options when it comes to disputing the charge, or withholding payment if you
are dissatisfied with the merchandise.

I am certainly not a fan of the credit card companies, or thier vicious
predatory practices, but for the moment, it is still possible to work them
to your advantage (although, even if you ever finally manage to get a person
on the other end of the phone, it quickly becomes obvious that "the
machines" are already the ultimate authorities in those organizations).
