In my opinion, there is certainly no denying that this is equivalent as having a camera following me around at all times. I don't need to have my physical behavior recorded, I'm just tracked down by my purchases. And most certainly wonder(doubt) whether a Congressman would ever ponder enacting a law declaring such company behavior illegal.
