What we expect from our networks
Before we look to improve the networks we are involved with, we must have a better idea of what we expect from our networks and their providers. Then we can look towards moving the reality towards our expectations.
Since I had never thought of the characteristics of the networks I use, and simply accept what I have been given as the way it is, it seems a worthwhile exercise to delineate what I want from my network.
