Law in Contemporary Society

Personal Introduction

I’d like to say that I came to law school because I was inspired by my college advisor, Mary Berry, but I never internalized the idea that I would pursue a legal career to effect change. Law was interesting and respectable, so I put off further thought.

I’m happy here, but I recognize that I’m lacking purpose. Without a clear direction, I can only say that I want to leave in position to maximize my capabilities, but I know that in order to do so I need to first become more perceptive, creative, and bold, and apply these skills introspectively.
