I did not come to law school because I wanted to fondle legal philosophy and revel in logic games (blasphemy, I know). I am a cynic – I see the law as a means to an end. I came here because studying the law arms you with the skills and knowledge to stand up for others. It allows you to see the world with open eyes and still have the courage to believe that you can make a dent in it, even if you have to do it one client at a time.
