The Index is getting crowded. I suggest we gather topics into "header" topics. We could distribute Topics among sub-headings, like Justin did.
But this idea is premature, and a bit presumptuous (I am told). I suppose you can't write an index until you know what the ideas are you're indexing. I should wait and see what refactoring looks like.
