Law in Contemporary Society
-- NicoleMedham - 18 Jan 2008

I decided to come to law school to both help myself and others. The education that law students receive--even those who decide not to practice--is invaluable in my opinion. Unfortunately, with the way society is shaped, it seems that those with this type of education (generally) are in a better position to achieve things--whether it's through contacts made while in school or just by virtue of the fact that one looks at situations differently, more analytically, and perhaps more calculating after a few years in law school. Additionally, I'd like to use this education to help those who can't help themselves.
